JOIN US FOR AN EXCITING YEAR OF SHOWS, TRIPS, & COMPETITIONS!

We need YOUR help with:

  • Concessions & ticket-taking on show nights

  • Help with set-building/painting, props, costumes, etc.

  • Chaperones for choral & theatre events

  • Drivers for choral & theatre events

  • Food/beverage/monetary donations for tech week during our fall play & spring musical

  • Prepping & serving meals to our hard-working hungry students during tech weeks

  • And more!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW TO BECOME A VOLUNTEER

  • ALL volunteers must register or reactivate their volunteer status in order to volunteer. 

  • If a volunteer is reactivating, it is an automatic clearance unless they answer "no" to one of the questions or miss a question which will then put them in a hold status.

  • Badges are not made automatically. An email needs to be sent to the PHUHS Volunteer Coordinator Sarah Lopez at: lopezsar@pcsb.org

  • The goal of the badges is for staff and administration to easily identify who should and shouldn’t be around our students. The expectation is for all volunteers to be wearing the current year’s badges at all school events they are volunteering for. Safety matters.

  • All volunteers need to log their hours on their volunteer Focus account.
